We started in Berlin as a DEI consultancy, helping organizations build fairer, more inclusive cultures.

Over time, our clients kept coming to us with broader challenges: talent strategy, leadership development, cultural transformation, change management. So we expanded our practice to meet them there.

Today, Safir Boukhalfa Consulting is a strategic HR consulting firm working with corporations, public institutions, and nonprofits across the globe. DEI isn’t a separate service, it’s the lens that makes all of our HR work more effective, more human, and more lasting.
